I usually run about 40-50 miles at the peak of my marathon training. Otherwise I keep it to about 20-30. Lately I have felt like 10 mile runs are a big deal because I haven't done anything that long since last fall!Lisa @ Running Out Of Winehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08182384531758005079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7256041188414668963.post-25500100994114540672015-07-26T19:04:53.395-04:002015-07-26T19:04:53.395-04:00I track my runs through my Garmin app. If you swit...I track my runs through my Garmin app. If you switch to the "Modern View" (as opposed to the "classic view") and click on the calendar section you should be able to see it (if you have a Garmin that is) :)This is my faster!https://www.blogger.com/profile/03174649161319763986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7256041188414668963.post-81452359214031573762015-07-26T19:03:29.558-04:002015-07-26T19:03:29.558-04:00lol thanks James :) The sunrise is definitely wort...lol thanks James :) The sunrise is definitely worth it.
