Something New...

I'm testing out a new blog template design for a little while to see if I like it more than the one I was using before. It has more purple in it so there is a good great chance that I'm going to LOVE it more than the previous template. But... I'm open to feedback so let me know what you guys think ok?

In addition to sprucing up my blog template I've been thinking about checking out a local blogging community group that I heard about a few months ago...

I haven't been doing much running this week. I only did 1.5 miles on Monday...


And I ran a little over 3 miles last night...

The Monday night run was solo but the Wednesday night run was with Mary...

The run was going well....and then I fell...


The best thing about running with friends is that the miles go by quickly (even when your knee is throbbing). When I ran on Monday I listened to music for a bit and then I switched to a new podcast when the "song on repeat" got to be too much. The latest podcast on the playlist is "Run to the Top"

In between running and dreaming about running I starting planning for the 2016 training cycle...
(I plan to write everything in pencil because knowing my track record the plans are going to change)

What do you think of the new blog template? Too bright? Too much purple? (if that's even possible)
