The truth behind the title...

I am a sloooow runner. I'm usually ok with being a slow runner and going along at my own pace, but lately so many people have said "you need to run faster". 

Many thoughts pop in my head during these moments, but mostly I am reminded of the scene in the movie New Year's Eve where the bicycle taxi guy says "This is my faster" to the couple hurrying to make it to the hospital before they go into labor. 

The truth is that when I am running (or doing the Jeff Galloway run:walk:run routine) I am usually going as fast as I can. So when people say "run faster" I want to shout "This is my faster!"
