On my way home from work I saw a bumper sticker that I think I should be wearing as a special bib at every race moving forward...
(ironically the driver sped off once the light turned green 😒)
I know I've mentioned (a bunch of times) that I have a lot of race related travel expenses this year (the Berlin Marathon being the most expensive and then my annual Chicago trip for the Chicago marathon two weeks after Berlin) so I've been trying to figure out ways to save more and earn a little extra income to put aside for those expenses. Hopefully I'll be able to start teaching nursing courses online again, but in the meantime I'm signed up for Achievemint so I can finally get paid for my daily active lifestyle...
(I have a lot more running to do to get my $10 😞)
Basically you earn points for each activity and other things you do to maintain a healthy lifestyle...
(But at the rate I'm going I'll earn that $10 in 2 years 🙈)
Despite all the steps I've been getting I'm still not winning my steps challenge...
(There were only 6 of us 😔)
After work I did my one mile run...
And then I made pineapple fried rice for dinner...
This week is going to be a busy week at work so my goal is to do most of my runs/cross training in the morning. I'm going to try and start that tomorrow morning with the gym for more strength training, followed by a run before work.
