After a day filled with lectures and a really good lunch, it was time for the posters...
I got a lot of great feedback about the guideline and some awesome suggestions on different things to look at in the future...
I normally hate running on the treadmill because I get so dizzy and that exponentially increases the risk of me falling off. But I just could not bring myself to brave the 24 degree temps so I headed to the gym...
I run A LOT slower on the treadmill than I do on the road. It's probably because I'm afraid of falling so I force myself to go at a slower and more manageable pace. But even for me the pace felt really slow...
Once I was done I entered the run manually on Garmin Connect so that I had the proper record of my continued running streak...
Then I ate dinner and now it's time for bed 💤.

I hate the treadmill but I actually find I go much faster on it! I think it has something to do with being able to just put the specific speed in right there and I can always hit stop or pull the emergency thing to stop it.
